Thank you for discussing the cost factors of the 3PL’s. Like I’ve said there are so many great things about 3PL’s that we need to see some disadvantages. The cost factor like you talk about with shipping is a valid point. Not being able to have full control over that can lead to some issues. Customers may be calling the third party logistic company when they should be contacting the main company. This could upset some customers . How would you try to fix that problem? IS there a way to fix it? Perhaps the company would have to put in great detail on how to return and such.
