Identify ?ve friends who have recently purchased a new model of smartphone (with some features that they consider to be ‘new’). Arrange to interview each of the individuals, one at a time. Ask them the following questions, and any others you think are appropriate:
(a) Why did you select this smartphone over other smartphones that you were looking at or considering?
(b) Do you currently like the phone for the same reasons that motivated you to purchase it, or have you found other reasons why you particularly like it?
(c) What would you recommend to make the next model of this smartphone even better?
