I wanted to learn more about each Pattern, and more importantly, I wanted to learn more about the strengths and challenges that are presented with each Pattern. I think that understanding the“whys”of my Learning Patterns will help me become more of a team player at work, a better listener, more understanding with my family, and more open to suggested ideas and constructive criticism as a student.”
