Your Individual Final Project follows the same guidelines as the Group Final Project. Here you have data (attached) showing several variables related to salary and other demographic factors. Using the data attached, please indicate:
1) the variables that are/are not related to predicting salary for the staff members,
2) focusing on these relational variables, what prescriptive analytics (outcomes) would you propose to show if additional salary would be beneficial to increase organizational profits enough to have a positive effect on the bottom line.
You should show your data and analytical work, as well as creating a two-page (double-spaced) paper that articulates the variables you chose, why they were chosen, and what strategic effects you anticipate they will have on long-term strategy.
