- Pick a domestic company that is ready to go international (your choice).
- Your presentation will include strategies aimed at improving international productivity.
- Include the following: Productivity strategy, Design and Implementation strategy, as well as strategies to improve processes and strategies that will be used to measure results.
Create a PowerPoint or Prezi presentation (include a minimum of 10 to 18 slides) that includes strategies to improve international productivity. Include an introduction, conclusion, references and any relevant data to your presentation. Please use your critical thinking skills; creativity is encouraged!
